有關:豁免一個月住宅管理費事宜

 

南豐廣場入伙至今近十一年,在管業處及業主委員會努力開源節流下,本屋苑財政不但達致收支平衡,亦已累積一定金額的儲備基金,以作大型維修工程之用。

 

截至20091231,本財政年度之首八個月住宅賬目已錄得超過一百八十多萬之盈餘。本苑已於上年之業主大會上通過進行屋苑大型維修工程,而有關工程現已展開,惟預期於本財政年度之內只須支付工程之部分支出,而根據屋苑公契,財政狀況是每年財政年度作出獨立檢討的,故經管業處及業主委員會商議後,決定於20104月份豁免一個月住宅管理費,以減輕各業戶於現時經濟環境下之財政負擔。

Re: Waive of one month of RESIDENTIAL Management Fee

 

It has been 11 years since Nan Fung Plaza has been launched. The Management Office and Owners’ Committee have continuously put effort to control the expenditure. Over the years, not only balanced surplus has been maintained but certain amount of reserves has also been accumulated for the sake of renovation works.

 

As at 31st December 2009, i.e. over the first eight months of current financial year, surplus amounting to over $1,800,000 has been accumulated for the residential account. Resolutions were passed during the last year’s annual general meeting for carrying out renovation works. While the renovation works are being carried out, it is expected that only part of the renovation works cost will be paid during the current financial year. According to the Deed of Mutual Covenant, the financial condition of each financial year is reviewed independently. Therefore, the Management Office and Owners’ Committee, after reviewing the financial accounts of the current year, have decided to waive the RESIDENTIAL management fee for the month of April 2010 to lessen the financial burden of our residents under the current economic situation.
