Re: Waive of one month of RESIDENTIAL Management
Fee
It has been 11 years since
As at 31st December 2009, i.e.
over the first eight months of current financial year, surplus amounting to over
$1,800,000 has been accumulated for the residential account. Resolutions were
passed during the last year’s annual general meeting for carrying out
renovation works. While the renovation works are being carried out, it is
expected that only part of the renovation works cost will be paid during the
current financial year. According to the Deed of Mutual Covenant, the financial
condition of each financial year is reviewed independently. Therefore, the
Management Office and Owners’ Committee, after reviewing the financial accounts
of the current year, have decided to waive the RESIDENTIAL management fee for
the month of April 2010 to lessen the financial burden of our residents
under the current economic situation.
