預訂場地手續及規則

1. 本會所專供南豐廣場住戶使用，住戶進出時必須出示有效會籍之八達通咭，每名住戶可邀請不超過三位訪客出入會所，訪客須由持有八達通之住戶陪同及在登記後方可進入會所範圍。

2. 各項場地設施接受七天內親臨或電話以先到先得的形式預訂，而電話預訂之場地，必須於最少使用前兩天辦理訂場手續，住戶繳付有關費用後，會所將即時發出收據確認。

3. 設施使用人須於指定之使用時間內攜同有效會籍之八達通及收據到會所接待處領取所訂之場地設施，逾時超過十五分鐘者，該場地設施將會重新開放給其他住戶使用，原訂場者不得要求退款。

4. 已租用之場地設施不得更改或轉讓，而已繳付的費用恕不退還。

5. 在租用場地設施時間屆滿時，使用人必須按時把該場地設施交還給會所，如使用人導致有設施損壞，需照價作出賠償。

6. 儲物櫃鎖匙不可帶走，如遺失儲物櫃鎖匙每條收費$30。

7. 以上收費只供參考，管業處保留權利修改上述價目及時間而不作另行通知。

Booking Procedures and Rules

1. The club is intended for the exclusive enjoyment of residents of Nan Fung Plaza, no visitors will be admitted to the club unless accompanied by a valid octopus card, and each cardholder may bring a maximum of 3 guests into the club.

2. Resident is required to reserve each facility within 7 days in advance on a first-come-first served basis.

3. Residents shall bring along his octopus card and booking receipt to admit the facility at the Club House reception at a designated time as marked on the booking receipt. If resident does not show up 15 minutes after the designated time, the venue will be re-opened to other residents while the booking fee will not be refunded.

4. All facilities reserved are non-transferable, and the fees paid are non-refundable.

5. Users must leave the venue at the end of the session booked even if the game has not been completed, and a charge is requested on the user who damaged the facilities.

6. Locker keys should not be taken away, lost key charge is $30 per each.

7. The above facility charges are for reference only. The Management Office reserves the right to revise the above charges and schedule without prior notice.
